Lindsay Negrelli Gawat, LMT

Co-owner of Sacred Dunes Alternative Health, Lindsay has always had a passion for helping people, as well as a passion for natural health. When Lindsay's aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer she found massage to be helpful in both managing pain and assisting with stress release and relaxation. It was at this time that she embraced massage as a profession.  In 2008, Lindsay took a leap of faith and made the decision to begin attending the Soma Institute for Clinical Massage in Chicago and immediately found it to be a wonderfully fulfilling decision.

While a true proponent of all massage as a natural way to maintain your health and manage pain, Lindsay is extremely passionate about women's health, particularly providing massage services for women throughout the entire duration of their pregnancy.  After her first pregnancy and subsequent childbirth, she became very involved with the local birthing community, and still work closely with this group of individuals to educate women on the importance of massage both during and after their own pregnancies.

Kevin Kosovich, LMT

Kevin has over ten years of experience in the massage therapy field since graduating from The Soma Institute in Chicago. His vast array of experience includes building a private practice, helping students learn the profession as a Teaching Assistant and Instructor, and working as part of a team with Chiropractors and other massage therapists.

Kevin believes his work is a catalyst to the change his clients wish to see in themselves when looking to erase the pain and stress related to the musculoskeletal system. .

Bridget Weaver, RYT

A local artist with a lifetime background in dance, Bridget has twelve years experience in health and fitness. She is a certified instructor in Pilates, Silver Sneakers (seniors exercise class), and Yoga. Bridget is also a 2nd level practitioner of Thai Massage.

Chronic pain led Bridget to Yoga. Finding relief from pain, the doorway to spirituality was then opened. Each class is geared towards the individual's needs and adaptations. One of Bridget's greatest joys is helping others to learn, be strong, healthy, and be free of mental and physical pain.

Terrie Lemley, CPM

Gentle Harbor Midwifery

Terrie Lemley CNM became a nurse in 1983, more specifically in obstetrics in 1986. She also gave birth to her first child in 1986, having three additional children over the next 6 years. Having a positive experience breastfeeding her own children, led her to help other women accomplish their breastfeeding goals.

While working as a labor and delivery nurse, it became apparent that women had few options for birthing. This began her quest to become a nurse midwife.

Terrie graduated from Frontier Nursing University obtaining a midwifery certification in 1998 and Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in 1999. She has worked in hospital based practices in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Recent limitations of area hospital practices led her to start Gentle Harbor Midwifery.

Terrie believes that a family's birth experience can impact their relationships forever. The power of birth, properly supported, can impact an entire generation; from how a mother views her own strength to how she supports others in family building. Giving this process back to the family can greatly build the next generation.
