Yoga with Jenn

Jenn has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. Her first experiences focused primarily on asana for strength and for learning to let go. Her Hatha yoga class incorporates vinyasa flow and often includes yoga nidra, a highly relaxed state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Jenn strives to connect with all students, encouraging the awareness of the present moment and the power of the breath on and off the mat.
