Thank you for choosing Sacred Dunes Integrative Health for your wellness needs. To maintain fairness and clarity for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and acknowledge policies .
Cancellation Policy
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours we charge 100% of the service total. No call No show is 100% of service.
We understand that life happens and illness or work can get in the way of these appointments, but we would very much appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment
Package Policy
All package purchases are non-refundable. Once a massage or acupuncture package is purchased , you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or unused sessions.
Package sessions may be transferable if you are unable to use all sessions, I may transfer remaining sessions to another individual, subject to prior approval by Sacred Dunes Integrative Health .
Cancellation Policy Reminder If an appointment is missed without proper notice it may result in the loss of that session.
Sexual Harassment Policy
We have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature towards the therapist by any patients will not be tolerated. Immediate termination of the massage will follow at any time - per the discretion of the therapist.
Therapists who are approached by clients requesting sexual contact of any kind, or experience a client trying to touch them in any inappropriate manner, your session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and you will be banned from booking further appointments.Authorities will be contacted for severe offenses. State draping regulations will be followed at all times by all therapists.
